“It’s kind of tough, because I can’t dunk every play. But I knew we really needed a basket,” said RHJ.

TNT coach Chot Reyes said that it was a grind out game for them as the Elasto Painters prepared a great game plan for them but good thing they fought back and gave a lot of effort to get the win in the end.

"It was a grind and we just kept reminding the players to stick with it. We knew it was going to be a grind, actually," said Reyes.

“That’s far from our minds right now. Our thought is the preparation for the next game. Rain or Shine came up with a great game plan today, But I thought our players fought hard, buckled down, and gave a lot to the effort that they put in,” added Reyes.

On the other hand, import Aaron Fuller led Rain or Shine with 22 points and 18 rebounds but not enough to bring the game to overtime or even tie the series.
