PNVF clears foreign reinforcements for PVL 2025 campaign
Foreign reinforcements in the Premier Volleyball League are officially cleared for action after all International Transfer Certificates (ITCs) were signed and activated, paving the way for imports to suit up in the 2025 Reinforced Conference.
The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) completed the endorsement process for all foreign and Filipino-American players by 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, ensuring that every team can now field its full lineup for the remainder of the tournament.

The clearance comes a day after several clubs were forced to compete without their imports due to pending ITCs—mandatory documents required by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) for athletes playing professionally overseas.
Among those sidelined in their opening matches were Zus Coffee’s Anna DeBeer, Akari’s Annie Mitchem, Choco Mucho’s Anyse Smith, and Capital1’s Oleksandra Bytsenko, leaving their squads to rely on all-Filipino rotations.
The league’s latest move eliminates any uncertainty surrounding player eligibility and sets the stage for full-strength showdowns as the Reinforced Conference heats up.
